...*rubs eyes* Oh, my, great shot! I love this picture, the angle, the shading, and even a cool time of day. I give it a five in Technique for those.
The vision gets five beacuse Cathedral shots always have to be done right, or else they turn out crappy. I know from experience.
I only knocked down the originality beacuse this is a pretty famous spot, but do not let that get you down!
Impact gets four point five, beacuse it stands out in your gallery, alot. It has a good mix of colors, so that adds to the standing-out-ness.
Overall, amazing picture! Awesome work; just what'd I'd normally see from you! ^^
